- Step 4:
- Cut bell peppers into thin strips. Arrange them in sections beside the cucumbers and carrots for added color.
- Step 5:
- Place cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas in clusters at the base or sides of the fan for visual contrast.
- Step 6:
- In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt chives dill parsley lemon juice minced garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Step 7:
- Spoon the dip into a small serving bowl and place it on or beside the platter.
