→ Mango Salsa
08 - 1 large ripe mango, diced
09 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
10 - 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
11 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
13 - Juice of 1 lime
14 - Pinch of salt
→ Wraps & Assembly
15 - 8 large butter lettuce leaves or romaine hearts
16 - 1 small avocado, sliced
17 - Lime wedges, for serving
# Directions:
01 - Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
02 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly with mixture.
03 - Grill chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
04 - Combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl. Toss gently to combine.
05 - Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Layer sliced chicken, a generous spoonful of mango salsa, and avocado slices on each leaf.
06 - Serve wraps immediately accompanied by lime wedges for squeezing.
