# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Using snowflake-shaped cookie cutters, cut shapes from the flour tortillas. Brush both sides with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt.
03 - Arrange the tortilla snowflakes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Allow to cool.
04 - Combine diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir well and set aside to develop flavors.
05 - In a large bowl, gently toss mixed winter greens, sliced radishes, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and toasted nuts.
