# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Real fruit means you taste actual flavor, not that artificial sweetness that sits on your tongue.
  • Ten minutes from start to glass—this is the kind of refreshment that doesn't require planning.
  • You control the sweetness and fruit choice, so it's never boring and always exactly what you want that day.
02 -
  • The difference between a good refresher and a great one is actually straining—those tiny seeds change the whole texture in ways you don't expect until you taste it.
  • Frozen fruit works just as well as fresh and sometimes better, so don't stress if you can't find perfect strawberries today.
03 -
  • Use frozen fruit if fresh isn't perfect that day; it actually blends smoother and keeps everything colder longer.
  • Strain through cheesecloth or a coffee filter for the silkiest texture if you really want to impress yourself.
