# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit
01 - 20 large fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried, leaves intact
→ Chocolate
02 - 7 oz high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
→ Optional Toppings
03 - 2 tbsp chopped toasted nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts)
04 - 2 tbsp white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
05 - 2 tbsp sprinkles or edible glitter
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it using a double boiler over simmering water or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip into the melted chocolate, twirling to coat evenly.
04 - Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the dipped strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Immediately sprinkle with chopped nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate sets. For a white chocolate drizzle, wait until dark chocolate has set, then drizzle melted white chocolate using a fork or piping bag.
06 - Repeat the dipping process with remaining strawberries. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly for faster setting.
07 - Serve the chocolate-covered strawberries chilled or at room temperature.
